Rental cart equipment is to be returned in the same condition as taken.

to secure the cart and equipment as appropriate to prevent damage too the cart and/or other vehicles or property. I acknowledge and accept that I will not dispute any charges to my credit card being held as a security deposit if I do not secure the cart, or if I allow anyone without a valid driver's license to drive the cart.

To be fully responsible for and to keep the owner indemnified against all damage and injury of every description which may occur to the cart and equipment to nay part thereof or to any person or persons using the same or to the property of any such person or persons arising directly or indirectly through the caring on of the business to the owner.

To accept and pay appropriate service charges for services required as a result of carelessness or neglect on the part of the renter and not to operate the cart if I have consumed any alcohol or drugs that could impair my ability to operate the cart.

NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OG 25 IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE CART. This means ABSOLUTELY NOT CHILDREN CAN DRIVE. If caught you will be charged for the cart rental and the cart will be confiscated from you immediately.

To comply with ALL Bahamian traffic rules and regulations. ( To be Driven on the left side of the road, stop at intersections, corners, etc. ) 

Do NOT go beyond the narrows to the North and do NOT go beyond the paved roads to the South East.

Do NOT carry more than four passengers, including the drive of the golf cart.

Fill up golf cart with gas before returning.

One day = 24 hours.

There will be an additional $10.00 charge if the cart key is not returned.
